About Towne Techs

Andrew started Towne Techs to do tech support differently — to help people have a better relationship with their technology.

We work with everyone: individuals, couples, therapists, small business owners, non-profits, and community centers. We keep it simple, and we specialize in working with seniors who need patient, judgment-free help.

Before Towne Techs, Andrew worked at the Apple Genius Bar, Best Buy, multiple startups, and enterprise IT. He's seen how big companies treat people like transactions. That's not how we do things here.

Based in Poestenkill. Serving Rensselaer County, Albany, and beyond.
